Anti-Spam
Policy
Amphion Technologies, Inc. has a strict no tolerance spam policy.
If a customer is found to be sending spam, their account will be
terminated immediately. Suspected violations and abuse should be
reported immediately to 610-296-1753 or support@amphiontech.com.
All email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link that may not be
removed. If any customer insists on removal of the link, the account
will be terminated immediately.
Only e-mail addresses of contacts with a pre-existing business
relationship may be included in the mailing database. If the recipient
of your email has made a purchase, requested information, responded
to a questionnaire or a survey, or had offline contact with you,
then that constitutes a preexisting business relationship.
At no time will purchased or rented lists be used with the service.
Use of such lists will result in immediate termination of the customer
account.
The federal anti-spam law went into effect on January 1st, 2004
and preempts all state laws. While this new law will not stop spam,
it does make most spam illegal and ultimately less attractive to
spammers. The law is specific about requirements to send commercial
email and empowers the federal government to enforce the law. The
penalties can include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
To prevent sending mail that is classified as Spam, E-nnouce It!
implements the following measures:
- Every message includes a verified from e-mail address and domain.
- Every message includes a unsubscribe link that allows the reader
to opt to be removed from the list at any time
- Every message includes not only a valid return e-mail address,
but also physical address and phone number
