List - Whether you are using Excel, Outlook, ACT!,
Goldmine or other contact management software, our technical
staff works with you to collect the contacts e-mail addresses
for the mailing list. |

Newsletter
Design - Our design staff will customize a design
to perfectly reflect your image by incorporating your logo,
colors, copy, photos and any other elements that suit your
industry and goals. In addition, we include the elements to
make your newsletter CAN-SPAM Act compliant. The final product
becomes a newsletter with a professional look that

Distribution
- Once the mailing list database and newsletter are
created, we will distribute the newsletter to your mailing
list. Statistics on the campaign are immediately available
that indicate: Number of unique addresses to which the message
was sent, Number and percentage of recipients that opened
the message, Number and percentage of recipients that clicked
